All Local 829 members are invited. Our education support staff local is meeting to discuss regular union business AND TO HOLD EXECUTIVE ELECTIONS.
President, Recording Secretary, Stewards, Membership Officer, and Committees will be nominated and elected. Please see our current Bylaws for more details!
At general membership meetings, we talk about workplace matters and run union affairs. All members have a chance to give input on decisions for their union. Come with your favourite coworkers and get involved!
